GPT-4o: Unraveling the Implications and New Possibilities

Marissa here. Last week, OpenAI released its new model, GPT-4o. While our primary focus is on broader macrotrends, we wanted to filter the hype and unravel the deeper implications for entrepreneurs.

GPT-4 is a step towards more 'multisensory' AI, using different inputs and creating outputs that engage multiple senses.

In a thought-provoking conversation with my fellow Foresight Founders (watch the full video here), we explored a few critical questions:

  1. The Personification of AI: As AI becomes more human-like, how can you cultivate discernment and critical thinking skills within your team? What social norms around digital etiquette are appropriate for your company's culture?

Try This: Assemble teams of 2-4 that represent different generations inside your workplace. Challenge them to work together and use AI-assisted tools like Guidde to document the everyday processes and proprietary know-how of each team member.
